The Labör joint project is located in Oerlikon and was converted and renovated to improve its energy efficiency for several years of temporary use. Timbatec was asked to provide building physics consulting services for the project.

In the run-up to the architectural contract for the restoration of the medieval building «Zum Gelbhorn» in the spa district of Baden, the canton of Aargau ordered a thorough archaeological investigation of the building. This revealed a history of over 400 years.

A «new village center» was built in Elsau, featuring two apartment buildings, nine townhouses, a health center, and a library with a multipurpose room.
