Timbatec has been certified according to the ISO 9001 quality management system for over ten years. At the end of February, our quality management system was again put through its paces. We are pleased and proud to receive the certificate for two more years.
The ISO 9001:2015 standard specifies requirements for a quality management system. At Timbatec it is the basis for qualitatively good services and at the same time a good basis for sustainable development.
Quality management systems according to ISO 9001 are successfully used worldwide: Over one million companies are certified to ISO 9001. A core objective of ISO 9001 is to is to establish confidence in the products and services provided by your provided by your organization / company, and thereby to increase customer customer satisfaction. The DIN EN ISO 9001 presented here is the German version of the QM standard.
