Timbatec Holzbauingenieure Schweiz AG is continuously committed to the training and further education of young, motivated specialists. Over 90 interns from the Bern University of Applied Sciences and ETH Zurich have already started their careers with us as timber construction engineers or technicians. We also give students from various universities and colleges abroad the opportunity to do an internship at Timbatec or one of its sister companies in the Timbagroup companies. We take a lot of time to provide students with personal support. The trainees are fully integrated into the teams right from the start. We see active and individual support as the recipe for success in recruiting our specialist staff.
